Disgusted and terrible booking ever
Nothing really just spending time with friends .
We waited a hour after our check in because a other guest had the key, rooms wasn't clean when we got there, TV ddnt work,we thought we gna have 3 separate rooms bt instead tr was 5 beds in 1 room, neighbors assaulted us then in the morning apologized for their behavior, and owner had to bring a braai stand but ddnt and we had to buy 1 as we already came prepared to braai, very unprofessional staff, to think our whole group is in the hospitality industry and know what quality and guest satisfaction should be like..

Our stay was lovely the location was good.
There was no breakfast not evens tea or coffee. The bathroom had a leak at the back of the toilet. the location was exceptional.
Beter parking area my car was outside in the street. At least put tea and coffee in the rooms or in the kitchen for your guest.

Worst stay yet!
The guesthouse sent me a WhatsApp at 10 AM to say they wanted to move me to Plattekloof, which is far out of the city center. I refused, and they placed me on August Road in the same neighborhood. It was the worst experience: it was dirty, noisy, and hot with no windows or ventilation. The staff were slow to respond to questions or any communications. It was a very unpleasant experience.

NOT GOOD - DISAPPOINTING - You share a small "house" with about 10 permanent / long-stay tenants.
*** NOT AS ADVERTISED - FALSE INFORMATION *** Listing mentioned private onsite parking which is not true. There is NO ONSITE PARKING. You have to park in the road in a very unsafe area. Listing also mentioned slippers - NO SLIPPERS were provided. Also my listing mentioned Queen Room with Two Queen Beds - THERE IS ONLY 1 BED.
OWNER VERY RUDE - I mistakenly booked the wrong night and managed to phone the owner on a Saturday morning as Booking.com required their authorisation when I requested to change it through the website. He mentioned that it was a Saturday and HE DOES NOT WORK ON A WEEKEND - despite running a guesthouse 7 days a week. He refused to help and ignored messages and phone calls. I did, however, manage to change the dates. The place is not good. There are about 10 or so "permanent tenants" from Transnet, I think, that have been staying there for over 6 months. They have taken over the kitchen so you CANNOT use the communal kitchen. Also, there is ONE BATHROOM AND SHOWER in the entire place. It is situated in the kitchen, which is ridiculous, unsafe, and not private at all.

Staying it was good besides that I did not book for 11 Fairbridge, Century
nothing
to be moved to another property far away from CBD. I had to pay bolt to and from every time i had to leave 11 Fairbrigde residential place.

Abdolutely disgraceful
Our booking for 14 people, arranged and paid for months in advance was unilaterally cancelled a few days before arrival, and we are still awaiting refund, and by rights compensation for financial setback - having to pay very high rates for last-minute alternate accommodation. Over and above broken promises, the communication, help and / or feedback from Q&K is very poor.
Finding us alternate accommodation, or an immediate full refund
