The location is central to plenty of attractions. The staff was very friendly. They assisted us with a lot. The house is very clean.

There was no breakfast not evens tea or coffee.
The bathroom had a leak at the back of the toilet.
the location was exceptional.
Beter parking area my car was outside in the street.
At least put tea and coffee in the rooms or in the kitchen for your guest.

The location was good and accommodating
One of the disappointing experiences I had with the venue was regarding my personal belongings. I had forgotten two T-shirts in the room, and the cleaning staff confirmed that they had been found and arrangements were made for collection.
However, when I sent an Uber to collect the items the following day, there was no proper coordination. The driver was redirected from one location to another multiple times, and no one was able to hand over the T-shirts. This resulted in unnecessary transport costs on my side, and despite the effort, I still have not received my belongings.
This situation reflects poor communication and lack of organisation from the venue, which was quite frustrating.
