I stayed only for a few hours so it was okay giving that, but I wouldn't stay for a night or longer

price was was cheaper than most places in the area, so if someone is on a tight budget, it might work

for a cheap price you have to expect mediocre quality. the place does try but when it comes to hospitality I believe that everything must just be perfect, no exceptions. The toilet was a bit strange and the whole design and aesthetics of the room wasn't satisfying for me.

Only one staff was very friendly and helpful.

Status of the place itself, rooms pathetic, no proper service. WiFi error, TV did not work, whole in seeking, cockroaches all over, no kettle, filthy building, unprofessional, plugs not working, customer service pathetic.

The place is bad,from entering the door my kids just told me they don't like it because of the smell very bad,no one came to the reception as I stand there with my kids and have to search for the place to stay worried about my kids.

Had bad experience at helpful lodge

No breakfast was served, and the location was ok.

The rooms were not sound proof could here people coming in and out making a noise, especially drunk people . The room had a bad odour, and the room wasn't even ready when we got there to check in. We had to wait 2 hours to check into our rooms. Also it didn't feel safe because of the type of people that were staying in the one room opposite mine. Sheets and blankets were old and did not feel nice at all .

No breakfast. It wouldn't be applicable. No tv. Everything was very old without any care. Pictures used to lure us to the place were obtained somewhere which is deceiving. Action should be taken against such practice.

The room was very dirty & what they advertise it’s not exactly what you see when you arrive . Room was smelling cigarette &the fan was broken . Dirty towels , toilet the water was running the whole night not sure , I was not happy at all.

The rooms are very dirty and they have a very bad smell I think because of the moisture so I don't think booking.com should recommend this property to anyone It's really unhealthy and dirty they only advertise with the other room that looks better but you will be surprised when you get to the property

Location wasn't that bad

Nothing works in that place there are still advertising the place with old pictures which is not fair. They say there have wifi it wasn't working, TV was working,no sailing in the bathroom,the sheets were cream and the door was hard to close

Pathetic waste of money

Absolutely nothing, very run down, tv wasn't working, door handle broken, toilet seat laying on the floor when asked she told me to fix it myself, terrible service and I would never recommend it to anyone, really not worth the money or the stay, infested with cockroaches, a real dump

Everything, it was horrible, lots of cockroaches, the towels were old and had stains. Everything was just old and broken or dirty! There is NO WIFI! And doesn't seem safe at all.

No sound proof you could hear everything happening from the other room like what the hell!. Receptionist doesn't look like anything like a Receptionist, not welcoming at all.

Nice and affordable but you still need to at least have the bare minimum of necessities.

The staff was very friendly and the location of the place is perfect. It's not too close to amenities (so nice and private) and not too far from it either (accessible even if you don't have a car).Safe too (even if it is thanks to the hotel next doors security detail).

We were self catering but there was hardly any utensils.No cups only 4 plates.The TV didn't work as there was no remote control. The toilet leaked and had the floor wet

I liked the mini self catering kitchen a lot.

The noise, banging of the main door, the main door stayed open the whole night which made us feel unsafe and there was no control at all. People chatting and smoking at night right next to our window
