My experience was bad . I had booked the place for convenience however I regret it.
You have staff that knows nothing about customer care. Very arrogant and degrading .they will in your face tell you it's none of their business that you're being inconvenienced as a client.literally after staying almost 2 weeks with them .
What was a shock is their inconsiderate attitude despite of having booked with them and not left the building. My latest check-out time was 11:40 and they aggressively (tone) told me I can't book with them because I check out late, a cleaner whom cleaned the room the day I checked out late loudly in the corridor conversed with another cleaner saying (Uyahlupha losisi) just for being late to change beds 🛌 in the same place
I explained that I have a challenge im autistic and can at times use patterns doing things and the reason im traveling alone is to overcome those fears . They said that is none of their business (a manager _ black guy and a receptionist told me that ) no one chooses to be autistic and it Hurts to how I was blamed l wish to be normal like them . I hate everything about how I was treated despite explaining my issues .
I never checkout at 12 the latest was 11:40 however since they care less about my condition nor anyone else i leave this with hurtfulness and I wish the staff well.
May God bless the colored receptionist and the other older man dark who have seen me cry and they were kind and told me it will be OK.
I decided to go to a more accommodating place at MOY they understand neurodivergent individuals and I may check out late even there but I did ask for a 30 min window period.
91 on loop doesn't accommodate people like me and thats fine .the staff said right in my face we don't care about your thing.

Awesome from the time I walk in. Staff is very friendly. Hotel always S clean from voyer, rooms and bathrooms
