It was comfortable
I booked the Bo Kaap Guest House however a few hours later I received a message saying the place is fully booked and I can go to the Brooklyn house, I was not happy with this because if I wanted to book in that area I would have done so on the App when I spoke to the manager he shouted at me telling me I didnt make the check in time and then hung up, ho2 could I have checked in when they advised me the place was fully booked after I already paid. After i had to make my point that this was not my fault he then proceeded to look for other areas and eventually arranged for us to stay at the west beach house, I was not happy because these areas were all further and further away from where I was located however I had no choice but to go because the manager had bo interest in helping to get my money refunded, I could not wait 24 hours to find out if I would be getting my money refunded or not, overall the service received was very bad amd I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Lulu was very friendly and helpful. It was also great that we had a large fir our car.
The TV wasn't working and looks like its seen better days. The two big beds were squashed into the room and therefore we couldn't open a cupboard to hang anything. The kitchen had no tea or coffee and there were cockroaches on the walls and in the cupboard and one in our bedroom.
