The location was awesome
Upon arrival was given a room that was dark overlooking a huge frangipani tree and restaurant seating area. I was unhappy and when I asked I was told the other room was already taken. I was not happy and told the lady at reception to call the manager as I was not going to accept a room i did not ask or pay for and I showed her my booking and room in the photos which also shows a balcony, we'll it's not a private balcony as it may seem on the photos but a communual one.
Yes this is a backpackers but also a guesthouse with rooms available with private bathrooms but no small bar fridge or microwave, really now.
Tea/coffee Station, 1 sachet of coffee and 1 unwrapped tea bag for 2 people.
Bedding, we'll I wasn't sure if it was fresh and clean, blanket had a piece of gum stuck to it.
One window that is able to open as the other has been made into a solid glass window.
Beautiful but somethings need fine tuning.
