I picked this for the short walk to the V&A Waterfront. Carlos was a most excellent host, and Michael even tracked down an extension cord so I could play the piano! Tasty breakfast and a quiet room. Highly recommended!

The staff and food were exceptional. Very accommodating and amazing turn around time on requests. After having supper we came back to the hotel to find a few cockroaches. We ended up searching all our bags and taking them to the car. We would have left but unfortunately had to stay. We told the service desk and they acted speedily to get us doom, but the tone had already been set for a fitful nights sleep. There's no slippers as per their website. The address is also not updated. Although we're told with signs and notices, the plumbing noise is unbearable. It goes on for well over 30 mins after every flush. The bed was also just 2 single beds pushed together with foam cut outs and pillows to fill the gaps. We won't be back even though the dirty chair we ordered was stellar.
