Great location, walkable to restaurants, beautifully furnished and clean 💛
I felt communication could have been better. To be fair I requested an early drop of my bags so it was well outside their normal remit, but the process was not clearly communicated

The guest house is in one of the picturesque heritage houses on the leafy streets of the De Waterkant area. Our room was compact but had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Despite being one street away from the lovely restaurants and cafes the area is wonderfully green and peaceful with birds in the trees and a view of the mountains.

Great location and helpful to having kitchen facilities.
Disorganised staff - check-in took 45 minutes as no one seemed to know the plan and there was limited communication. We didn’t know where to find several items such as pool towels and so couldn’t use them. Early check-out time but no clear instructions given on how to check out.
