Guesthouse De Tijger Lodge

Our two-night stay at De Tijger Lodge on 18–19 May was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Deon and Johan made my mom and me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They thoughtfully went the extra mile by preparing our room with twin beds instead of the standard queen bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. We stayed in the beautiful Giraffe Room (Room 5), overlooking the sparkling swimming pool. The room was spacious, well-equipped with a convenient kitchenette, and even included an extra sleeper couch, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The highlight each morning was the breakfast—it was truly exceptional! Fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, it was clear that a lot of care and pride went into every meal. Thank you, Deon and Johan, for making our stay so memorable. Your kindness, outstanding hospitality, and personal touches made all the difference. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend De Tijger Lodge to anyone looking for a welcoming home away from home.

From the moment we got to the lodge the place was gorgeous, neat and exceptionally clean. The hosts were absolutely fabulous and friendly. Was there for 2 nights and promise will return for a longer stay.
