Friendly staff , clean linen , trust among tenants sharing the space for food storage, never have to worry about anyone taking your stuff without your consent. I like thus place its beautiful.
The filthy and torn dish clothes , shortage of utensils in the kitchen. A dirty sink tenant's living left over food inside the sink tub i saw a few cockroaches , I had to buy a toilet roll because it was not provided during our last 2 days.

Wifi working well.The rooms were spacious.
Bed linen dirty especially pillow cases.Sliding door not stable keep on coming out of the rail.No bathroom mats when coming out of the shower gets slippery almost fell.Cold tap handle on the shower was not there,my kids almost burn with hot water as they could not open the cold tap to mix the water.Broken tv remote not working at all.One towel for 4 people and 1 chair for 4 of us in the room.We had to grab extra chairs in the main lounge.I would say our room was not prepared for us whereas we book earlier and paid a full amount before 23rd December.

The facilities.
The noise…it was just unbearable. The should put up notices around the establishment to deal with noisy fellows. I could hardly sleep let alone enjoy the establishment.
