I liked how clean the place is and the own bathroom space
The gate , you have to ring and ring , it would be much safer and better if there was a gate key or lock each person can use because something would happen while you busy ringing and ringing the gate

It is a very prestigious guesthouse and i like the way the lady from reception was taking good care of us from the the get-go.Again the receptionist allocated us as we expected to be and that was very thoughtful of her.
The guest are not more understanding cause everyone has their right to enjoy their stay so we were kinda prohibited the right to enjoy our stay.The guy who clocked in seemed to be working there was up all night invading our privacy constantly knocking at our doors , it was unprofessional of him.

Friendly staff , clean linen , trust among tenants sharing the space for food storage, never have to worry about anyone taking your stuff without your consent. I like thus place its beautiful.
The filthy and torn dish clothes , shortage of utensils in the kitchen. A dirty sink tenant's living left over food inside the sink tub i saw a few cockroaches , I had to buy a toilet roll because it was not provided during our last 2 days.

The property was clean
The noise level of the other tenants on our first night was terrible even after 10pm.
Parking was a first come first serve which was not stated when you book.
The TV was not playing at all on the 1 room, and the other room had no sound, the kids were not impressed at all.
