Future was very helpful. I asked for directions and she was able to assist me. I also arrived earlier than check-in time and I did not have to wait too long for my room to be ready.
I chose this accommodation for its quietness as specified in the listing. The second night they had young guests that were playing music very loud, drinking, screaming and banging doors until 4am. I called Future several times to request to have them quietened down. Only the music stopped but the rest of the noise continued. I couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning.
They should also have a kettle for boiling water and coffee mugs in each room. The kettle was oily and sticky on the outside and very unhygienic.
