Our Stay at Hotel Vibes was amazing. Me and my Boyfriend needed time away to just get a break from our busy lives and i came across this lovely place. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms everything about Hotel Vibes is amazing. The ladies who assisted us and showed us around was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. The View, The Pool, The Rooms, The Bathrooms, The Kitchen, The Laundry area, The Lounge...amazing time we indeed had.

Hotel Vibes indeed

I loved how the hotel looks on the inside, the furniture is beautiful, its modern and updated. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, the shower had ample space to move, the view of the mountain was breathtaking.

The kitchen was a bit far from my room.

Extremely horrible service!

We had a breakdone just about 5 minutes from the property. I called the owner and explained i am not sure what i will be able to check in - he said i cant check in later than 9pm - he said his ladies to wait for us i need to pay them extra. I then said I do not know the time but can we book in two hours later and ill pay in case we cant get to do it in time - he said no he cant and he cant assist and he rather cancel the booking as he cant work with difficult clients. I asked who am i speaking to and he said Claude the owner!!! But even his booking message was like dont take anything - you will be faced with criminal charges - i live in a 3500 sq property in one of JHBS richest suburbs, I bought my home from the CEO of Allan Gray and and he treated us like we are were some cheap people booking his accomodation. He did not even offer a refund, infact till now has not called me to check where we were but very easily happy to take money for a booking not completed. He is unaware of of the consumer protection act. Please do not book place - the host is not on the properfty if you have a problem he is not a nice person at all!!!

Impeccably beautiful and serene.

The accommodation was impeccable, the view was breath talkingly beautiful. The ambiance and attention to fine details was par excellent. The natural beauty is captivating and the lovely host who welcomed me, has a beautiful personality and a heart of gold. My birthday was memorable. Thank you so much! I will be back.

Spectacularly Awesome Sausesome👌

It was so peaceful and serene, clean and the staff are so kind, I asked if I could come a bit early and lady didn't think twice and said sure. I will definitely come for a few days next time. I'll recommend my people to come to you guys for sure!

A refreshing, peaceful getaway that exceeded all my expectations.

I loved everything about this property. The staff were incredibly friendly — I even forgot my charger at home and they kindly provided one. The morning cleaning service is excellent, you can swim throughout the night, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The malls are close by, making everything convenient. It was the perfect mental reset, and I would definitely return. I honestly can’t wait to visit again!

Great place to stay but too much rules makes the place unpleasant especially when travelling in a group

The house is big and nice views and also the rooms were big enough

The lady working here who is in charge doesn’t know about customer service and she is bit rude, secondly the rules in the house are too much. Please allow ur guests to use the seating area just to chill even when they only booked the rooms

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice.

They advertised the room with hot tub and private pool. When we got there we were told by the receptionist that check us in that there is no hot tub, that it was a mistake and the owner said that the hot tub is actually a bath tub. The private pool was not a private pool and we could not see it from the room at all. So we were not happy being misled so we decided to check out that same night.

Neat room, with everything I needed. Free Wifi, Great view from deck, Comfortable bed and awesome shower.

Guests in adjacent room were VERY noisy on my first night. They were in and out until after 1:00 in the morning. They confused their room with mine multiple times and tried to open my door mistakenly (luckily it was locked every time!).

The view, how spacious it is and having our own kitchen and bathroom was nice.

How the towel rail is in the shower, I’d have it just out side the shower so that it doesn’t get damp when showering, the basin water pressure is low, toilet roll holder is in a awkward spot. The lounge kitchen hot water tap is an issue as well.

Very rewarding and enjoyable, looking forward to occupy the "SUPERIOR" Suite next time

The location is fantastic, a blend of city life right on the edge of nature. The sights and sounds of wildlife are soothing and refreshing and the views , especially the sea- and mountain views a treat for soul and senses. I must compliment and applaud the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff members, in particular Mary, Catherine and Nancy who attended to me.

It would be very beneficial if an elevator woiuld be in the planning as the stairs are quite steep
