Internet was excellent. I could use the TV to study (utube), to prepare for my Board Exam, It was easy to walk to the shops. The water was nicely hot.
The shower floor needs to be properly cleaned (scrubbed). The toilet bowl needs to be properly cleaned. The bottom part is peeling off the black staff, when brushing. The kitchen dish cloths are very dirty (unhealthy to use). The beautiful microwave was too dirty inside.

It is very secure.
The bed were comfortable. Staff was always available when needed.
Electricity went off at AMs and came back late around 6. The TV subscription wasn't paid.

Cleanness, employees were very friendly, Location, hot water, everything was perfect
I didn't know if your check in time is 14:00 you should be out at 11am. I thought it should be 24hrs because that makes it a day. We booked for a day.
