Excellent location, spacious, well-positioned.
The fittings are dated. Poorly maintained with damaged tiles, things like loose toilet seats and badly fitting doors. Regarding cleanliness, a 'pass', but it feels and smells tacky - the result of lack of proper cleaning with the correct cleaning chemicals over time.
