The place is safe, quiet and neighbourhood looks safe, the facility was clean. it is closer to the Table bay mall

Does not have AirCon, but fan was provided, however coffee/tea station is not in the room but at a kitchen, meaning you need to get out of your room and go to kitchen to make tea
