Comfortable room with bathroom, modern shared kitchen dining room, living room and back garden. Street parking proved safe, respectable neighbourhood. Short walk to shopping street, short drive to motorway.

Location is a bit remote, car needed for most trips.

Excellent price-quality ratio

The accommodation offers an excellent price-quality ratio. It is located just 10 minutes from the city, with shops and restaurants nearby. The place is spacious, has a garden, and maintains a high level of hygiene. It's ideal for a week in Cape Town if you don’t want to spend too much. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. Really lovely people.

The beds are quite basic, and you may occasionally hear people in the shared living room. So, it's not ideal if you're looking for luxury or on a honeymoon.

Cozy place

The team is very friendly and responds fast whenever you need them ( thanke Moran and Philip). Nice hot water pressure in the shower. Fully equipped kitchen. There house is very cozy with good vibes. Well security protected property.

There is no intercom by the entrance, and staff not always present - thus you have to communicate with them via Whatsapp and phone. I would also recommend putting heavy curtains in the room to block sunlight. The place is far from major tourist attractions.

The ladies in the office were exceptional & exceeded that extra mile in providing top quality service at all times but most important their welcoming smiles &greetings. This pleasant experience extended to all staff including security personnel,housekeeping & ground staff. An experience I will never forget & when I return to South Africa I know where I'm going to stay. THANK YOU, THANK YOU all.

The house is very spacious and in a safe neighbourhood

Parking on the roadside paving because there is only one parking space inside. However, parking outside never worried me as residents of the aea also left their cars outside

Brilliant, comfortable, home-away-from-home feel

This place is wonderful - so clean, such a nice feel and vibe to the space. Tabeetha is a simply marvellous host. It has the comfort of your own home. Would absolutely recommend it.

The location is a bit iffy but that's not the fault of the host. It's not the most luxurious part of Cape Town so some street people hang outside the accommodation, so just have to ensure you don't leave anything in the car.

Struttura molto curata, staff gentile, posizione abbastanza sicura. Perfetta anche per lunghi soggiorni poiché la cucina è molto attrezzata.
