We really enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised with the cappuccino’s in the room and rusks! Everything was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely come back.
Pillows could be better but overall we had a comfortable stay.

Easy to follow directions for check in. Well equiped. Just what we were looking for, a safe area and comfy beds to sleep in. Though the kitchen isn't private, it had everything we needed. Will visit again.

Beds were very comfortable with good linen. Rooms could be cleaned daily if wanted.
Kettle in room to make tea or coffee. Kitchen facilities were excellent with everything provided to cook your own meals.
Good bathrooms with towels and toiletries provided.
Situated about a 10 min walk to Cavendish Shopping Centre which has an excellent variety of shops.
Had to pay additional daily parking charge however saying that, car was kept behind closed gate

Warm, cosy and comfortable
Nothing not to like, except hole/crack in ceiling inside front door and floor boards 'dicey' near doors that open onto back patio. A TV would have been welcome.

Pottery studio, interior and bedroom
Non information other than email that was not accessible from my side. Quite unfriendly with no verbal info or when asking was considered a drag. Eg supermarkets was answered with there with a wave of the arm… not really walking distance, . House helper gave most info.Nice to meet John

I liked the surrounding which is generally quiet, the set up of the premises (including the pottery and machines), cleanliness and the hospitality of the host
Leakage of sound between rooms, but manageable

My son and I traveled very light from PE to Cape Town, planning to buy whatever we needed once we checked in. To our surprise, the facility had absolutely everything we could need — shampoo, body soap, washcloths, refreshments, and more. This saved us the hassle of going to the shops and gave us more time to explore.
The location was also excellent, close to all the main access points we needed for exploring Cape Town. Everything was convenient, comfortable, and perfectly set up. It truly made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.
Overall, it was a very good experience, and everything was just perfect. Highly recommended!
Nothing to complain about

We had a wonderful stay for the two nights we spent in Cape Town. Excellent location and the accommodation was lovely. Offered everything that we needed. Clean and comfortable with lovely bathroom facilities and safe parking too. Will definitely stay here again when I am in Cape Town for a quick visit.
Nothing really to complain about. All was good thanks!

The home was neat and so clean. The staff are happy in the environment, it shows in their behavior and are very helpful. The recying program is spot on... for those who do it. Not everyone does.
The things that were an issue for me was the washing line. It has a very tight space with the ivy, so over grow. And I dont like to use the dryer for a family of 4 every 2nd day it is expensive . A light must pls be installed over the kitchenet. For people making snacks. And early morning tea and school bags, that must be packed. A few extra hooks behind the door for keys.

The hostess Gail was very accommodating and lovely to us.
We had problems initially finding the place but when we got there and opened our WhatsApp we found messages from her detailing the way to get in with videos showing us how. These were excellent.
There were road work traffic hold ups getting there that are on going. We decided to walk to the dentist the next day as it was quicker to walk. We were allowed to leave our car in the garage until after the treatment. As we said they were most accommodating to our needs.

Really great value in the heart of CT, warm and welcoming atmosphere, pretty garden and lots of lovely art on site. Super clean room and bathroom, generous tea and coffee station, comfy chairs and beds, easy access kitchen.
Really nitpicking here but creaky cupboard doors and a bit of noise from train at night.

We were looking for an affordable place close to Kirstenbosch Gardens to stay for the night and this was a perfect choice. Friendly host, cosy room and very good price. We didn’t have time to see the pottery collection but will make sure to check it next time we are around.
Bathroom had a curtain instead of the door.

Teas and coffees, rusks. What more can girl wish for.
Some bedside carpets would be nice.
I found it slightly overpriced for one person. I could not lock the room as the key was not easy to operate. I would suggest a new lock? Having said that it felt a safe place to leave my door unlocked.

We were able to use the equipment in the main house and look at the art pieces, the room was filled with lovely paintings and mirrors all around which I loved. The sun comes through beautifully in the morning.
Everything was perfect, there's nothing I'd change.

It was a home away from home. Had everything we needed. Gail was super helpful and friendly. We also really enjoyed meeting the resident artists and making a bowl under their guidance.
