The room could have had better ventilation, it was very warm in the room even with a fan.

Gail was a lovely host. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. The location was great. Happy to have my car parked inside the property. It had an artistic and eclectic feel in terms of the interior design.
I found the bed to be uncomfortable and a bit old. The room overall needs an upgrade as it looks dated and needs a fresh coat of paint on the walls and the doors. The kitchen cupboards were damaged at the bottom. The bathroom had very old finishes and sanitaryware. The occasional chairs need to be re-upholstered. The desk chair seat was also broken. The rubbish bin did not have a lid and was quite stinky. The room was exceptionally hot even with the door open. An aircon needs to be installed. There were no bedside tables. An overall refurb needs to be done to upgrade this B&B.
