Good but can improve.

The room was cozy. Staff was very friendly.

Facilities, the back door creak sound all night, the lack of privacy since the room was quite close to the rest of whoever is inside. The door not closing properly unless locked. The crawling cockroaches and huge rat outside in the smoking area.

The room I eventually got light didn't even worked. But the lady in plumstead the staff she was nice

I didn't liked anything they are very unprofessional. They waited until I arrived at the premises to tell me they are fully booked and I already paid on booking.com

Their communication skills sucks. They had to call around to get me a room in plumstead when I booked for a room near cape town in saltriver/woodstock just to be send all the way to plumstead.

The venue is filthy, old furniture, the owner said I have to wait for an hour more from my check-in time, they gave my room to another people. I give the place a “minus” not even a zero.

Use of 1 bathroom and toilet by all of us,wait for 1 another someone doing no2,that time you want to have a shower. Clients coming and going making noise.Was given a room that was smelling incenses as a result even the staff saw that .Headaches bcz of Burning of lucky sticks/charms /incenses.

It's Terrible Place.. The young African lady was rude.

1.Blankets was not well cleaned. Smells 2.we use greenbar soap to wash 3. I book online the check in was 15.00pm the check out was 11.00am the lady asked me to leave at 10am she was rude and telling me we don't have check out at 11am 4.I went out around 20:00pm to have some drinks, I came back at 1am , I waited outside for an hour trying to call no answer..she was sleeping , but I told her I will be back in the morning around 1am. She told me don't worry it's 24/7 guest house.. When I came back she told me your room is occupied we thot you no longer coming. I asked her How come I paid for night but you give my room to someone 😭😭😭 5.The light was out in the bathroom, I shower in dark. 5.The fridge was not working. 6. I suspect there is a prostitution going around there. People were in and out booking for an hour.

There was not anything we liked about anything.

The location looked doggie we were even to scared to clim out of our car and would have never felt save to leave my bakkie outside. We just left. We will like to get refunded please as the photos on the site looked so good but the builing outside didnt meet expectations.

There was no breakfast included in my booking. The room was okay and warm. The guesthouse was clean.

We have loadshedding in SA, they have no plan. B, no gas cylinder, no loadshedding globes. The lights were off so much we woke up in darkness each morning, couldn't even make coffee. The poor young girl there, who is probably staff is just chilled and I don't think she is experienced in hospitality.

The rooms were dirty and the blankets made our skin itch. Very poor hygiene . Not as advertised. Very poor ventilation rooms were very hot.

The host was warm and welcoming.

The host welcomed me wearing a towel. The kitchen had dirty dishes with bones in the sink. The house was still being cleaned and had a funny smell.

The roomed seemed nice but didn't stay as the building didn't feel safe.

Booked days before, on arrival,, showed the booking the, staff didn't even know about it and said they were fully booked.they showed me next door where The front door would not open, didn't feel safe , if there was no way to exit. Ended up not staying there, went back the next day to got my bag.
