Stay was pleasant despite one or two things that were broken in their bathroom

Luckily I stayed only 1 night. Wanted to leave the place as quick as possible.

The bathroom was too small,very difficult to even shower. Other people was making noise. The bed and bedsheet was not clean.

Room at the back of house outside room very dark like where staff stayed. Neighbours were screaming and fighting next door. Staff don't know what they doing even though I booked online. I was like a surprise for them. No manager on site and the staff did not know where or when a manager would be there. No phone number either for the owner or manager. Had to ask for coffee, milk and sugar. No tv no aircon, fridge in room was not working, everything was broken and dirty. No even the bed lamps worked. However the wifi password was given to me. Bedding was dirty, bathroom dirty and dusty looked like the mould tiles and shower was cleaned long ago. Only one small and one big towel for 2 adults absolute terrible room. This is not worth the money at all. Booking.com needs to view properties themselves before trusting reviews. Big no no from me. YUCK!!!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮

the staff lady was nice. I liked the fact that our unit was separate to the house and the kitchen and iron were easily accessible.

I don't like to complain but our room reeked of cigarette, TV wasn't working, shower door broken, lights went off without an apology and noisy at night and to top it all, the lady wasn't in the premises when we had to leave and we ended knocking on another visitor's door to ask for assistance with opening the gate and I'm glad we returned the key the night before and got our cashback. the place needs Maintenace.

Too noisy

Clean room and bedding. My request to check in early was granted. Wifi was good.

My stay was not pleasant because my sleep was affected due to other guests making a noise. The motorised gate also made a lot of noise. During the day the staff made a noise by talking very loud while they were socializing in the Lounge/Reception area. Access to the facility was restricted because the guests have to contact the staff to open the gate to enter or exit the facility. This caused guests to make a noise because the staff was sleeping and the guests were frustrated because access control was a big issue. I expected to have a good rest because I had to go work in the morning but due to the noise, my sleep was badly affected. The fridge in the kitchen needs a thorough cleaning aswell.

Clean, but Wouldn’t Stay Again Due to Noise and Issues

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The caretaker was friendly and helpful,

The sound insulation was poor — I could clearly hear water running whenever someone took a shower, which was quite disturbing. At around 5:00 AM, one of the guests returned to their room, and a loud commotion followed involving door slamming and someone shouting "Malcolm," which made it impossible to sleep. I ended up checking out early around 8 AM, just to get out. I also forgot my charger with adapter and arranged an Uber delivery to collect it, but the caretaker only handed back the charger — not the adapter — which was disappointing.

Peaceful Stay at 103Wallace Guest House🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great Personality and Politeness from Princess welcomed us and felt at Home and Relaxed, we were able to use Kitchen facilities to prepare our dinner. Rooms are kept clean and tidy and Thankful to the Hosts that allowed us to choose the room of our preferred choice🤗 Location is very close shops and 15 minutes away from Cape Town Airport.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay was adequate.

Air-conditioned room. Almost full DSTV bouquet.

You advertised that breakfast is an option but there was none. I asked the staff if I could buy two eggs, but they said no. My husband had to move our car after 8pm when new people arrived when check-in is supposed to be before 6pm. The parking is also awkward. It would be nice if the rooms could be outfitted with a bar fridge. Thank you

It's a lovely accommodation faily new, situated in a very quiet area, very near to bellville station airport and shopping centers, each room has very nice furnishings, complete with kitchen and braai area, Flower our host is extremely helpful and ready to assist....give it a try and you wouldn't be disappointed!!!

There was no breakfast as the place is called bed and breakfast. The are limited items to use for service, such as ironing and other items. Those items has to be shared with everyone and meet everyone across. It feels like there's no privacy

A very friendly hostess, clean, quiet, and very affordable establishment

It was a work trip so a desk would have helped to work on. And on one occasion we couldn't use the outside area cos a gentleman was smoking dagga. Whilst I understand that this has been legalized in SA, it's to be done in private and not public spaces so this experience was very disturbing for me. Other than this, l had a great experience

Although 103 0n Wallace advertises bed and breakfast on Booking.com and on the big brass sign outside the establishment we we told very rudely that they do not do breakfast.

The greeting was not as it should be, I was asked who are you and what do you want.
