I didn't stay there, cancelled my booking and lost R13 524.00. This is daylight robbery.

Location was a nightmare especially for 2 women.

I booked 20 nights at the amount of R13 524.00. When we arrived at the location it was very different from the photo's on app. 1. There was only parking for 4 cars in such a small space that you have to try multiple times to in and out. 2. The room I booked for have no air-conditioning or fan in and there was a funny smell in the room. The bathroom have black mold on the ceiling. I was shown a 2nd room that was in the same state as 1st room except there was a fan. The bathroom ceiling was also full of black mold. I told the reception guy that I cannot stay there because of my auto immune disease. The owner wasn't available. We struggle to arrange alternative accommodation. I cancelled the booking with Booking.com. Later on the app I saw that I will lose R6762.00. After some days I want to enquire about the other half of R6762, but the owner of the establishment kept that money too. I called him on the phone and when he heard my name he disconnect the phone. I called him again but the phone was switched off. I'm really disappointed with this place which doesn't even deserve a 1. I wouldn't even let my enemy stay in that place. WORSE WORSE WORST.

My personal review

The staff were doing every good to keep me happy

The parking is an issue feels like a jail you can come and go as you please, you have to ask assistance to come in and out, my trailer had to be parked at another premises, it doesnt look like the website there are windows with no blinds or curtains. Underneath the bed spiderwebs and cockroaches were in the room. At night we had to wait for hot water as there seem to be long term people staying. The rooms are small and some beds are not in a good state. No noise sign are up but still people were drunk and noisy till 1:30 in the morning. This is not a family residents and should be marked more for contractors. Sorry but i were not happy but had to stay not to loose more than half of my money paid in advance.

Nothing at all.

Nothing at all. No parking available for my car. No hot water available, no glasses, cups, microwave, cutlery, kettle. They moved me to another room, even more worst. The windows could nit close, lack curtains, lighting very poor and old useless furniture and bedding dirty, tv dont work and only one battery in the remotes.

The place was not what I expected,it looked nice from pictures. I really regret booking there.i didn't stay for two days I couldn't stay longer there.

No toilet seat, 2 double beds in one room, no table to sit at to have dinner, no cutlery, no plates, shower with only cold water, bad beds, IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES AT ALL.

Location is good, the apartment is clean

but the room is very small so also is the bed and there is no AC nor fan in the room, its the security guy at the security post that gave me his table top fan to use for my stay which i find disappointing.

The staff were very good and welcoming. The room was bigger than expected and the shower as well. The TV has allt of different options and also has very fast Internet. The rooms are clean, and they offer cleaning services throughout the stay when requested , so that was a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Did not enjoy it at all.

Location is in a bad area and the room needed some serious cleaning and maintenance. If I wanted to go out I needed to phone them to open the gate for me every time as they dont give you a key. I found this very uncomfortable and ended up not going out even though I had planned to

The bed were of good standard. Samuel, helped me with the parking at the venue.

No dripping tray. Bath towel and bedding look 2nd handed. Desk - no knobs on drawers and it looked like someone tried to destroy the top. The desk chair looked dirty. The bathroom door was badly damaged by water...

I just like the place ,it's a quiet place.The rooms were clean.

I didn't like their Wellcome reception,the time I book they told me that check in time is from 11:30 and I told them I m coming 12pm.To my surprise I check in 12:30 but they were not yet ready with my room.I have to sit more than 30 minutes for them to finish cleaning.Second complain is I have to cut short my stay because my partner was complain about the door,there was a problem with the door.
