Welcoming must be warm enough telling where is bathroom, WiFi password etc I

The beds were comfortable. Very close to our conference venue, walking distance.
1. Two toilets for 6 rooms is insufficient. Toilets are old and no non slippery mats in both. Shower were not working properly.
2. Basin tab was not working
3. Gate alarm sound kept on ringing
4. Cockraches in the kitchen
5. Kitchen door not locked
6. Toilets windows very old and need repairs.
