I loved how there wasn't much people and I loved how fast they fixed my problems and how friendly the staff was.
Everything was there I just wished they offered toothpaste because we weren't informed so we weren't prepared and the tissues weren't refilled but other than that everything was perfect as it was my first time being in a hotel.

It smelled so lovely. The bedding, the towels and the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful

The Breakfast was awesome, The room was clean and tidy, Cannot fault you there. Very comfortable and nicely Decorated. The aircon worked as expected, lighting was good and the bathroom was adequate. Parking was off street and felt safe.
The property looks like it needs a bit of maintenance. The reception was hard to find and the stairs leading up to it was filthy. The pools was also not clean and debris could be seen on the bottom. The instep into the room was also not nice and clean. Although the room was clean and nice.
