Safety and cleaniness
I booked a room with a double bed and paid more for that. But i received a room with 2 single beds, making it uncomfortabla to sleep as a loving couple. Was told its the last room left, but online there were 2 rooms left and i chose the one with double bed and not 2 single beds.

The staff was friendly and open. When my son came to see us they allowed him to the premises. It is a wonderful place to stay, I will recommend others and come again when I visit Capetown.

The attention to detail in the rooms decor, the water feature creating tranquil ambience, beautiful lighting effects and quality bedding.
There wasn't anything wrong at all, tiny details that didn't bother me but I did notice. Example: the previous guest had left their wet bathing suits hanging in the outdoor shower, the ashtrays around the jacuzzi hadn't been changed * I HONESTLY WASNT WORRIED BY ANY OF IT BUT THE NEXT GUEST MIGHT BE.
