Lovely place

Absolutely loved our stay at Bentleys Guesthouse. Would highly recommended one staying here. Extremely close to the beach and shops. In a quiete but beautiful neighborhood. A must book if you find yourself in Cape Town.

Fabulous stay! Recommend!!!

Adam is a wonderful host, thinking of things before you even have the chance to! We felt very welcome, nothing was too much of an effort. He knows all the great spots to go to and his tips on daytrips are fab. The room was impeccable, the bed amazing (it didn't fit into my suitcase or we would've taken it with us 😉) So glad we booked here and would recommend to anyone. And sending extra love to the lovely furry friend, Milo.

A great property with superb service

A great location either as a pre/post flight stay as it is only 30 minutes from the airport, or for a longer stay. The service was superb. The host even recommended and booked restaurants for us. Lovely rooms. Great garden area and pool. S super property

Lovely welcoming hosts and great breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay At Bentleys. Adam and Kelly …Milo were great hosts and went out of their way to bake us feel at home. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast delicious. 😋 Parking was secure. It’s a great vase to explore SW coastal area.

Amazing place!

Adam welcomed us very warm and with a personal touch. The place is amazing with a nice outdoor area and also a nice living room. The breakfast was amazing. There was a mini bar in the room but also in the kitchen. Also, there was a storage for kite gear and you could park very save on the property. Would really recommend staying here.

The private off street parking for security. The exceptional freshly made breakfast. The warm welcome and attention to detail but discrete. The location 5 minutes walk from the beach, good restaurants within 10 min drive. Good beds an quality sheets. But above all the hosts themselves.

Not a good stay.

Friendly host and a very comfortable bed.

Bad shower pressure and a luke warm shower, despite letting the water run for a long while in an attempt to get it warm. The biggest issue is that the bedroom (unit 1) we stayed in was located right adjacent to the communal area, meaning there was no privacy. The sounds from early morning clanging of pans and pots for the preparation of breakfast, and the sounds of other guests pierced through the thin door. To be awoken by that, and the smell of food being cooked (and not a pleasant food smell either unfortunately) around 7/7:30am on a Sunday was truly awful. There was constant noise and smell from then onwards. I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt that there could be other rooms, located in more private settings (as opposed to adjacent to the lounge and kitchen) that would make more sense. At nearly R2000 for the night, this was one of the worst price to value experiences I've had for an accomodation. I strongly do not recommend this place. Go elsewhere.

Exceptional

If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Cape Town, I highly recommend this guesthouse. Me and my girlfriend stayed there for multiple nights on 2 occasions and the room had everything I needed, including a hot shower and good internet. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and easy to approach. Check-in and check-out were both easy. The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it the perfect base for exploring Cape Town. The furniture is contemporary and the internet worked without any issues. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and cannot recommend this guesthouse enough. The high 'feel-good' factor of the guesthouse cannot be overstated. The attention to detail in every aspect of the guest experience is truly impressive, from the cozy and inviting decor to the delicious breakfasts served each morning. We felt so comfortable and at home during our stay.

Bentley's Guesthouse: a real winner!

Everything! The location, the free parking on the property. The property itself, beautiful house! The design, the attention for detail, host Adam who was so friendly en helped us with anything, the perfect breakfasts from Kelly and Pam. Milo the dog and Pam's two doggies. It was a really good experience (usually we stay in hotels or apartments), we would do it all over again :-)

The host was not just a great guy but also a fantastic host, always ready to help and make sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and the beach. We would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a warm and friendly place to stay.
