Great location and very clean and well set out. I did not interact with staff as I came late. Staff was friendly at receiving.

Lovely room, very nicely decorated. Great location and very helpful staff member, Ayden. Really liked the upstairs sitting area with kitchen area, fireplace and outdoor terrace looking out onto Table Mountain and down to sea. Very good value for money considering central location. Would definitely stay there again.
No staff on site overnight but security not a problem (personally, would just feel safer if someone was there...).

No, daily housekeeping has indicated in the listing. It's full of ants, even in the toilet, they don't have a vacuum cleaner, they don't even mop the floor, or empty the trash cans every day.
