I honestly can't find any faults.
Very friendly staff, unbeatable location, safe and quiet with excellent access to the V&A waterfront area.
Without any hesitation would recommend 100% and if we return to Cape Town will stay here again for sure.

Location was awesome, literally can't beat it. Staying in the area, everything is walking distance and just staying by the water is great. As you will see in some past reviews, check-in was an issue. Pretty disorganized. Should not be this difficult, having to wait 45 minutes doesn't make sense. Hopefully, this can be fixed.
