    Location and access to free on-site parking was the winner for me. Refillable water station is certainly a great move. Walking and safe distance to convention centre, V&A, also a few restaurants nearby. Room is clean, spacious enough for 2 persons. No iron, laundry was expensive ( compared to what you find on google ).

    We moved on to an alternative hotel in Century City because I had a conference to attend on the 23rd and the conference centre was within walking distance. Just a comment on the City Lodge stay. Their basin in the bathroom is very small and too close to the mirror which makes it impossible not to mess when brushing your teeth. Then the second problem I had was that the mirror juts out at an angle to the top of it making it impossible to comb your hair as you can't see anything, especially at 1.9m tall. Others, all good and a great stay.

    Hotel was convenient, safe and clean. the breakfast was good. Not fancy and the staff was fine so worked for me.
