Great staff I felt like I was visiting my family.

madam wanted payment but I paid it by Booking 3 weeks before but she still tokd that we must pay here, so i must contact Booking to return the payment, it was a very great problem, to pay for one accommodation double sums

Away from city hustle in a lovely place. Stefania and her family were amazing hosts! Very welcoming, will guide you how to navigate places and where to go. Breakfast also lovely.Easy location to get to centre of Florence by transport or longish walk by the river

Not verry bad, not verry good either

The location of the property is rather isolated, accessible through a narrow street and it was difficult at first to get to it. The room is a regular house room, with the stuff of the owners in it, which is prepared to take guests. I was sincerely not very impressed with the room, nor with the simple breakfast served. The owner is a nice organized lady, though.

Wonderful, kind family staff. The dogs are super sweet! Breakfast was great when I woke up to eat it, I preferred to sleep in.

It takes an hour to get into the city center by public transit. Shared bathroom.

La anfitriona nos explicó la ruta más importante y nos facilitó un mapa.

Era una biblioteca convertida en habitación, y, al ser una casa privada, intentamos ajustar nuestros horarios para no molestar a los propietarios porque dependíamos de ellos para entrar y salir. Para ir a la zona urbanizada, debíamos atravesar un sendero deshabitado de unos cuatrocientos metros, un inconveniente a partir de las nueve y media, cuando anochecía.

Carino e accogliente

La camera era molto bella e accogliente, immersa nel verde. Il letto comodissimo e anche il tavolino per la colazione un'ottima idea. I titolari della struttura sono stati molto accoglienti e gentili. Un grazie alla signora Stefania per i suggerimenti per raggiungere i vari luoghi.

L'unico dettaglio è che il bagno era un po' distante dalla camera ma non è stato un vero problema. Aveva tutto ciò che era necessario quindi il fatto di non averlo in camera è sicuramente superabile.

Speriamo di tornare presto

Camera molto bella e spaziosa e location immersa nel verde. La signora Stefania è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, e insieme al marito ci ha fornito indicazioni utili sugli spostamenti e sulla città. Dalla struttura è possibile raggiungere il Pala Wanny a piedi. La colazione era abbondante.

La stradina nel parco che porta alla struttura, di sera non è illuminata.

Super séjour à Florence sans les aléas du centre ville

Stefania et Mario sont deux personnes adorables et sont prêts à rendre service. Ils nous ont conseillé des astuces et endroits pour mieux visiter Florence ainsi que des restaurants bon et pas cher proche de chez eux (10min à pied). La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres et nous avions des petits échantillons gratuits à disposition (crèmes, friandises, gel douche, etc..), ce qui était très appréciable. La moustiquaire à la fenêtre est un plus pour passer une bonne nuit sans nuisible et les oreillers sont d'excellentes qualités. L'endroit est calme et la cour bien sécurisée pour la voiture.

Peut-être des produits maison, comme des confitures par exemple, et des laitages auraient perfectionnés le petit déjeuner.

L’accueil de Stefania et son mari Mario. Leurs attentions à notre égard et ceux des enfants. Leurs réservations quotidiennes pour nos repas du soir dans les différents restaurants des alentours. Leurs conseils pour les transports et visites des villes que l’on a fait.

Les toilettes communes même si nous le savions à l’avance avec des enfants ce n’est pas toujours évident

Proximité du centre ville entre 20 et 25mn en bus et tramway hôtes très sympa et très serviable et vraiment au petit soin pour que le séjour se passe bien parking voiture dans la cour privée du logement
