Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Personal: hervorragend. Frühstück: sehr gut. Sehr schöner Garten, alles sehr gepflegt.

Tolle Lage direkt am See; historisches Flair; wunderschöner Garten mit toller Terrasse aus der Kaiserzeit; sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen;
Einige Mitarbeiter leben noch den leicht arroganten Standesdünkel aus der Kaiserzeit; leicht verstaubte Ausstattung; fragwürdiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (25€ Aufpreis/Tag für den Hund ; 10% (zuvor nicht kommunizierter) Aufpreis, weil nur eine Übernachtung) sind bei dem ohnehin schon hohen Preisgefüge wirklich übertrieben . Für deutlich über 300€ gibts besseres

Vom Empfang, bis zum Zimmer, Service, Essen. - alles TOP! 10/10 ! Und die wundervolle Lage mit direktem Seezugang... WOW! Einfach herrlich! Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal da!

We really liked the on lake location of the property, also staff was very friendly, service was sometimes a bit slow but food and drinks were nice. The villa is very beautiful and the garden is lovely.
We were a bit disappointed with the size of our room as it seemed a bit small and didn’t look like the photos of the double rooms advertised on the website. The bed was very uncomfortable, probably due to a bad mattress, which is really not what we expected in a 4 star hotel! We didn’t sleep very well during our stay which is why we probably wouldn’t recommend friends or family to stay there either. This doesn’t reflect the room price of 220€ per night.
