Tolle Lage am Hang mit Blick auf den Wörthersee, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr grosser Spa/Wellness Bereich, Klimaanlage in den Zimmern zum See hin, gutes Frühstück

Sehr schönes Spa und die Zimmer sind wundervoll. Grosses Buffet zum Frühstück und das Abendessen war auch sehr lecker. Alles wirklich gut.
Leider kann man am Wörthersee fast nirgends mehr am Strand spazieren, zusätzlich waren die Leute im Hotel zwar freundlich aber sind nicht auf Wünsche eingegangen. Wenn wir einen anderen Tisch wollten, waren die immer für andere reserviert. Die Preise für das Laden des Elektroautos sind für 11KW über (!) dem Niveau von Superchargern auf der Autobahn! Das muss nicht sein, wenn man für das Zimmer auch schon zahlt.

Ich war das zweite Mal im Balance , das Zimmer mit Seeblick war sehr schön , das tolle Frühstück am Morgen sicherte eine guten Start in den Tag , und das Essen am Abend im Restaurant war exzellent ! Neben der gepflegten Außenpool Anlage und dem großzügigen Spa Bereich ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals und des Inhaber Ehepaares hervorzuheben , die alles tun , um dem Gast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu garantieren !
