Last stay, never again.

The price was okay for two nights.

Was our last stay. The stay before we didn’t get any food as hotel guest and this time we asked to check-in a bit earlier and got the offer to do so for 80€, what a rip-off, didn’t do that of course. Decided it will be our last stay.

Relaxing getaway

We liked the location, we had a view at the pool, the room has everything you need. The spa was nice as well we came on a rainy day so it was great to relax in the sauna and pool. The bed was good and comfy.

The restaurant was really disappointing. Fish was not cooked properly and the replacing dish was not great either. You can expect more of a 4* hotel restaurant and also we didn’t get any compensation. After this disappointment we cancelled our breakfast for the next morning.

- It’s the second time we’ve been here. The room doesn’t have to have the most beautiful view but it’s kind of annoying to again have gotten a room with a room facing the parking lot. No way to open the window at night or at any time of the day with all the noise of the cars passing by. - The parking lot was another issue. They should provide enough parking spaces for the guests. Yet every night we had to drive several rounds and wait around for a spot to open up. I called months before and asked if it was necessary or possible to reserve a parking spot and they reassured me that there would be enough options. Nope. - Another thing we were disappointed in was the rental with the bikes. My boyfriend borrowed an ebike which was super and fine and I borrowed a normal bike. My bike was squeaking and creaking and made the impression to fall apart any minute. Charging 52€ for both bikes a day when one is a safety hazard is not okay. - Another charging issue was the price of the breakfast. 25€ PER person for breakfast. Meaning 50€ per day is an incredibly utopian price. I understand that the prices might have gone up for food but taking 50€ a day from guests just for breakfast is very harsh.

Sadly, not worth the money for us

Spa area and outdoor pool is lovely! The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options.

The double bed consisted of two parts and mattresses kept splitting. Probably a matter of taste but sink so close to the bed was inconvenient during the night. Whilst garden is nice and peaceful (under normal circumstances - see below), there is no way to actually get towards the lake from there and you always end up at the parking lot and major road to get to the nicer areas. Adds to the general feeling that things are not fully thought through. Specific to our period of visit and biggest downside: Beach sport tournament just outside the hotel with blasting music and hyped up announcer (for our full stay, morning to late night) meant we were not able to keep a window open or enjoy our balcony. This was not acknowledged by the staff/management at all.

Very good hotel

Staff was very friendly and helpful for early checkin and later checkout. Location was perfect. Inside swimming pool was very good and with warm water. Room was very clean and comfortable.

When you pay for a 4 star hotel, you think that the minimum you will find in the room is a bottle of water or a coffee machine, but nothing was included. This is a tip, it doesn't affect my rating much.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and everything was amazing. The rooms are spacious and cleaned and the pool and fitness are included in the price. The pool area is spacious, you have an amazing view outside with big windows and a place where you can step outside, on a dock, if you want. The staff was so friendly, helpful and always there to help if needed. The pool opens at 6AM until 10PM and the sauna from 10AM. It is pretty close to the lake and you can enjoy a walk into the forest. This is definetly a great place where you can relax. There are some close restaurants nearby, in case you don’t want to eat at the hotel’s restaurant and they offer a lot of extra activities. The parking is free and they offer a lot of spaces. They also have numerous charging station.

Comfy resort in the outskirts of Klagenfurt

Calm and relaxing hotel near the lake. Outdoor pool was excellent.

Shower and sink are designfully and doorlessly integrated in the room, so you can brush your teeth without stopping the conversation. I loved the conversation, so it was rather an advantage for me. Otherwise, nothing at all to dislike in this great hotel.

Easy to find, beautiful location, good parking, very good restaurant, good pools.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room; overpriced breakfast; music from the bar was very loud and on the weekend we were there was played until after 3am making it very difficult to sleep…it would have been good if we had been warned at the time of booking that the hotel had late night entertainment.

a lovely place to spend a long weekend

located on the east shore of the worthsee inside europark, short walk to the lake, pier, choice of restaurants bars and cafe etc, longer walk to the town centre, but very pleasant riverside route, comfortable rooms with balcony to sit on to enjoy the sunset and tranquility the area has to offer.

Oasis for relaxation

the wellness, the design of the room, the outdoor pool, the accent on healthy cuisine, breakfast was fantastic-one could make its own freshly pressed green juice in the morning

the only minus, although not major, was that our room was placed towards the side where deliveries would be made during early hours (3am), causing some noise, but the windows are isolating the room enough.

Not great, not terrible

The hotel is overall nice. We took a superior room which was nice and spacious and had a nice view. The hotel was pretty full but it didn't feel overbooked or crowded. Generally, it was very quiet which we enjoyed. It's close to the lake and the park so it was great for taking a walk. There's also a small spa, which was okay, nothing to write home about. It's nice they serve tea free of charge in the spa. I also liked we were given bathrobes. The parking situation was great.

Our stay didn't include breakfast, there's an option to add breakfast for 23 euros per person. We did that for 2 days, but it was not worth the money at all. The breakfast is okay, but heavily overpriced unless you eat a lot and you can get your money's worth. The spa center was cold! So, so, cold! The pool water is cold. Forget relaxing in the spa, it's freezing. The rooms were cold in the evening. I was shaking from the cold when taking a shower in the evening. A cattle or a coffee machine in the room would be expected in a hotel of this kind.

Extra kind and helpful staff, beautiful location next to the lake and close to Klagenfurt, AMAZING breakfast!

I personally do not consider carpets in the rooms of a 4star hotel at 2023 as the best interior choice (for style and hygiene reasons). Also, addition of music and/or aroma candles at the massage rooms of the spa could really make the atmosphere during massage even more pleasant.
