The Pension was the ideal accommodation for our situation. It had a warm inviting family run style atmosphere

It was within 5 minute walk from where we were visiting friends. It was very clean with old style recently renovated /refurbished decor. Owners were VERY accommodating with adjusting to our changing arrival time and with our departure situation. Quiet neighborhood. They even accommodated our baggage storage for the day while we toured locally after checkout time. They were very eager to please us.

We did not take the breakfast option as it seemed a little pricey. Food did look to be good.

Few details to make it great

Staff is very friendly and helpful, location is also great and it is very good value for money.

Honestly just few details in the room, like very worn out chair that gives impression of dirtiness. Replace that chair and the impression will be 100 % better.

We had to cancel our stay in this guesthouse because our son got chickenpox during the trip. I think this is our problem but guesthouse dont want guest who could endanger the healt of other guests. I also attached a photo. I wrote trouhgt booking 2 days before about medical problems. No answer. On the day of arrival the guesthouse checked the status for release free room. Even thought the guest house had the opportunity to cancel the full fee or reduce them it did not do so. For example cost for breakfast and after cleaning room. I am disappointed with the approach. I will definitely not use this guesthouse next time.

Great!

The pension is in a quiet part of Klagenfurt, between Wörtersee and the Innere Stadt. The staff is very friendly and helpful, while the dog is adorable. Don't be discouraged by the dark, old-fashioned hallways, because the rooms are very nice. Or at least ours was. Full of light, sparkling clean and comfortable. The towels and bed linen are fresh.

We liked everything and we will for sure stay here again. It's an ok price for the area, compared to other stuff on Booking. The only thing we didn't like was the bed. It was just too soft for us and we had some back pain because of that, but it might be a matter of taste, I guess.

Minimundus and reptilian zoo are very close, walking distance which is amazing. Also you can get to the center of the city relatively fast.

The interior is very very nice! The staff is very kind, I highly recommend this place We didn't have breakfast included so I can't say anything about how it is Our room (17) had an amazing bed, very comfortable

The pension, the room and the bathroom were nice, quite stylish. The breakfast was very nice, they even offered homemade marmelade which went very well with their super fresh pastry. Yum! You can take a lovely 25min long morning walk from this place to the lake by the picturesque canal, passing planetarium and minimundus.

The room, even though it was beautiful, was quite small as well as the shower.

My wife and I booked a room with one bed and with air conditioning but got with two separate beds and without AC. There was hot weather and sleeping without AC was terrible. We paid a lot of money for nothing. I asked a manger to change the room but he said that the hotel was fully booked. Please, be careful when check-in to the hotel, the stuff could scam you.

Nice place but with awful service.

Overall the rooms are quite comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good but much can be done to improve it (offrer espresso, eggs, etc.). No shampoo is available, only soap.

Service was disappointing. Charged twice the stay in my credit card in advance even if I have indicated in the reservation option that I would pay in the hotel. The same happened to some colleagues. They did not solve this issue till now even if we asked to do it.
