Exceptional

Realy nice and clean apartment. Owner was realy friendly and helpfull. Apartment is around 35 min walk from city center. Bus and train station are next to the appartment. In the city there are also electric scooters which you can use from center to the appartment ( it cost approximetly 6€).

I will definitely come back!

Joseph and Iris the 2 owners were extremely welcoming and I literally felt like at home. They served me dinner even If the restaurant was closed, such a treat after 10 hours on the bike! We had a pleasant chat and the breakfast had everything I was hoping for. Room was tidy, clean and silent.

Guest home at suburbs

We got a spacious room for a family. Breakfast was good, Austrian style with bread, cheese/ham, yogurt. The property has free parking on site.

I was really missing a fridge. The facilities are basic, no smart TV or air-con.

What an amazing stay ! Jozef is such a cool an welcoming host that really cares for his guests. The single room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was amazing and internet connection worked great. Free private parking. 20 min walk to downtown Klagenfurt

Es war Alles fein, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist super - direkt neben dem Bahnhof (Bus und S-Bahn) gelegen. Dank Schallschutzfenster war es viel ruhiger als erwartet, absolut ok. Das Zimmer war geräumig, super ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Es war trotz des warmen Wetters auch angenehm kühl. Das Zimmerservice war toll. Das Frühstück war echt lecker, es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Das Schönste war, dass die Besitzer sehr sympathisch sind - und auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Unser Kind freut sich immer noch sehr über die Plastikschildkröte, die es mitnehmen durfte - sie riecht so schön nach Klagenfurt. Für uns war das der perfekte Kurzurlaub, für Groß und Klein.

La posizione permette di raggiungere il centro città e l'autostrada comodamente. Il parcheggio è veramente ampio, gratuito ed è adiacente alla struttura. I gestori sono molto attenti alle esigenze dei loro ospiti, a cui offrono la loro massima disponibilità. La struttura è dotata di un giardino ampio e ombreggiato con sedie, tavoli e divanetti a disposizione degli ospiti. Colazione varia con dolci e salati; a richiesta possono offrire altre opzioni oltre a quelle standard che portano direttamente in tavola. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in tre in un locale con uso cucina, molto comodo e spazioso per famiglie.

L'area esterna potrebbe essere maggiormente valorizzata curandola di più. L'ampio locale in cui abbiamo soggiornato dotato di cucina potrebbe essere migliorato inserendo un terzo letto più solido.

sehr nette Gastgeber, tolle Öffianbindung

sehr liebe Inhaber, großer Parkplatz, Frühstückswünsche wurden erfüllt. Lage an der Bahnhaltestelle top, sonst ist es doch ein Stück zum Strandbad. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig für das Ironman-WE gebucht und waren kaum im Zimmer, daher waren sowohl der Preis und die Zimmergröße vollkommen ok.

Dusch/Klotür aus Glas fanden wir nicht so prickelnd.
