Good for a sleepover during travel but not really suitable for a longer stay.

Well accessible and parking

The cushions were very thin and soft. There was a watercoocker in the room but no coffee or tea

Room size was great

This hotel needs a lot of improvements and fixes. Garage location and map how to get there is very complicated. Staff is unfriendly and not reachable after 10 pm. Don’t ever ask for any extra services, no chance to get a response.

It was very close to Bahnhof (train station) and a shopping mall 15mins on foot.

Quiet and comfortable room, excellent breakfast.

The only problem with this hotel is that whilst it is extremely convenient for the railway station, it is quite a walk to the main centre. I knew this as I had stayed before. All the pluses easily offset this so highly recommended.

Pilgrimage for my late father

Easy to get to the places I was interested in. Breakfast was very good.

room I was allocated hadn’t been cleaned so was given another one. Had difficulty moving in the shower as it was over a bath and was a narrow space.

Very close to station, walking distance into town, beautiful views from rooftop terrace, kettle and coffee making facilities, room spacious and comfortable

Reception closes at 8 pm, so if arriving late, access is not straightforward, although the staff were very helpful in making arrangements. Breakfast seemed a bit expensive

I don't think this is a 4-star facility, it was OK for one night though

the bed was fairly comfortable even though it was 2 beds pushed together and the breakfast was ok, lots of variety, it had a nice terrace in the breakfast area

the building's entrances looked sketchy and so did the garage, the bathroom was older, there was a bit of mold under the grout and the shower head was full of limestone spraying water everywhere

Difficult getting into the breakfast room - the key or the lock didn’t work on my visit.

I liked the location of the hotel, in the near proximity to the city hall. I Liked breakfast and the public terrace view all over Klangenfurt.

Pillows were too soft. Also instructions provided to reach the reception weren't enough. Customers may get lost while following the stairs and reaching a non-accessible door.
