The service in this hotel is 1000/10. In the reception there are two wonderful girls that always answered our questions, explained how we can arrive on time to the airport (because our flight was at 7am). Also, amazing breakfasts, we enjoyed croissants with pistachio A LOT, toasted sandwiches and crepes were also amazing! We loved everything about this hotel, starting from location, and ending with the service that was provided. Thank you for your amazing work, and we will recommend to stay all our friends and family only in this hotel!🙏🏼 and thank you for the note that you left in our room, we teared up that had to leave so soon this amazing city!

It was a charming hotel, very friendly staff who could not do more to help (they made us a wee breakfast the night before so could eat something before our early morning flight), good location as walking distance to Rialto Bridge and St Marks square and easy water access to other areas such as Murano and the airport.
On first impression it was smaller than expected but when you meet the staff and eat the delightful breakfast you realise you are lucky to be there.

Everything about the hotel was brilliant. Perfect location to be far enough away from the busy parts, but not too far to not be able to walk there. Hotel was very clean, with friendly staff and room service daily for breakfast at no extra fee. Hotel even allowed us to leave our bags there during our last day after we had checked out which gave us the freedom to still explore Venice
