What a quaint authentic little place! So much character and in a great position. Water bus stop right at the door and walking distance to most of the major sites. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
The only downside was the small shower and the dodgy shower door.

Staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. It was fun ordering breakfast each night and the options available were pleasant. Extremely good location close to vaporetto stop, yet quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Would return.
Screws were coming loose on door handle to bedroom. Everything else was lovely.
