    …as soon as they pay (as we did) the hotel management stopped caring about services at all. After being sent to another accommodation (the original hotel we booked and paid for was full) that we didn’t like (one star, no reception, no WiFi, different location, almost like ghost house) - we obviously complained. The answer from a not very pleasant receptionists was “manager is not here” and then after waiting for an hour “you have two options - take what we are giving to you or go somewhere else on your own”. What can I tell you more about this property. Not once a word “sorry” was used. By the way, we stayed at the same hotel before and all was good.
