Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and well-appointed room with private bathroom and toiletries. Had a plumbing issue, (probably common in Venice!) but this was promptly resolved by the staff in a satisfactory manner.

The most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. There's no wifi, but if you're not working you won't need it, this is the perfect place to experience the heart of Venice.
wifi and a desk / table would have been nice as I did need to take some work calls during my stay.
