Great location, warm and welcoming staff and nice rooms with good air conditioning. Also liked that there was a lift so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up a lot of stairs, and staff were happy to look after our bags for a little while after we checked out.
We couldn’t figure out how to work the bath tap, but we probably should have just asked for help! There were no issues with the shower.

The location of the property was outstanding. Very close to Saint Marks Square. And the management met us there on our first day. She was very pleasant.
We did walk a lot when we were there for our stay. Not much time for television, but the TV stations were not English. But to be expected. Also, on the last day, we couldn’t use the elevator to bring our luggage down.
