Excellent location and the air conditioning was great! Quiet as well.

Could have been cleaner and it looks worst in reality than in the pictures. Bed sheets were clean but very old. Need to be refreshed. Called the B&B once to clarify the 120€ deposit and had a very rude experience with the person on the phone. Would recommend that, if you manage an hotel, you learn English and are kinder to your customers!

So many stairs and no elevator, hard to carry luggage to 3rd floor

The location was great, at least for us. It is not right in the hassle of San Marco but not far away either. The room was spacious and the bathroom too. Room was very clean.

The entrance to the building feels like an abandoned warehouse. The windows wouldn´t close firmly which can lead in temperature fluctuations and at night it was quite noisy. Access to the building, floor and to the room was through code system: to the building and to the floor was quite easy but access to the room was terrible in the sense that sometimes we couldn´t get the codes to work. We had two other guests help us with the access at some point and the very first day we got there the owner or someone who manages the rooms had to come and help us out.
