The strongest point of this property is undoubtedly its location. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of Venice's main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The hosts were also friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

We stayed for one night during the Venice Biennale 2026 and paid approximately €350 for the room. While we understand that prices are higher during major events, we felt that the overall experience did not justify the cost. However, the property itself felt somewhat outdated. The building is old and there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if your room is located on the upper floors. We also experienced several issues that affected our comfort: there were mosquitoes in the room, some furniture showed signs of age, and at times a strong canal odor could be noticed. The bedding and bed cover did not feel as fresh as expected, which impacted our overall impression of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, while the location is excellent and the staff are kind, we found the accommodation to be overpriced for the quality offered. Venice has many accommodation options, and for this price we expected a higher standard of comfort and cleanliness.

The hosts were very sweet and helpful. They helped us with how to enjoy our only evening in Venice like a true Venecian. Walking the venice streets to the Dogana.

Just that it was on the third floor. But the staff took our luggage so that helped us out a lot!
