Very quiet and comfortable hotel, convenient location to the sights in the Engandina you want to experience

The rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. Location quiet and convenient to excellent hiking and sight seeing, and the village is charming and has 2 excellent restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. We felt at home in this hotel, and loved coming back after hiking and exploring in the area. Good value.

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Good breakfast buffet. Ski bus stop directly outside. Friendly staff. Free parking outside the hotel (there is a fee to park in their garage).

Unclear apartment equipment (no access to kitchen even though mentioned on the list). The personal was very unpleasant about this, rough and disrespectful. They also overcharged and explained that client often misunderstand the topic. Be careful. To

A lovely spot for an overnight stop in Graubünden

Lovely location. Secure parking. Pet friendly. Big, clean and spacious family suite (four of us) with balcony and mountain views. Excellent wifi. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Simple bar/restaurant beneath (different ownership). Wonderful separate buffet breakfast bar for hotel guests. We know the area and hotel as we live here (moving house so needed a couple of nights between moves).

Despite being in a family suite with kitchenette etc., no plates or cutlery in cupboards (or locked away in cupboards that we had no key for). Frustrating if you want to self-cater. No foreign channels on tv (French, English, Spanish…), only local but that’s a minor gripe when you have excellent wifi. Although room was spacious and comfortable, we felt it slightly expensive for what you get, but in this area of Switzerland it is not out of kilter with other hotels in the village (Zuoz).
