Pleasant stay

The room was very clean with a nice view and the stuff was very helpful. Breakfast was average with not a lot of fresh products. It would be nice if there was a mini fridge to store some refreshments.

Was easy to find, nice clean rooms, neat breakfast and excellent price.

These are just some minor things: We recieves details regarding the location, codes rooms, keys, really late, at 16 the day we checked in but we turned off our phones way earlier because we could dial into a swiss provider network. Also, please try to compactify the information more. In the rooms where we stayed were at least three flyers with some notes such as breakfast at 8 etc. It would be way more handy if you just put everything on one sheet or a single small booklet rather than putting it everywhere.

Really beautiful property in the nature, calm place (kind of rustique, but not too much :-), nice breakfast, parking by by the property, friendly stuff and cozy room.

We did not mind, but walk to Livigno for dinner takes ~30 minutes. Again, we did not mind and we booked pretty late, but there were quite intense communication over WhatsUp shortly before arrival accommodation (e.g., instruction for check-in) - that may be an issue for people who are already on the way there without mobile data.

The room was incredibile small, we travel with two lugagges and we don t have where to open. Underwear was so ugly and very old. For us to stay a night is was difficult to stay. If you came with car like us you have to be very careful because the way to hotel is with pits.

Very good

we stayed in the Suite, the jacuzzi in the bathroom is nice. If you are in Livigno for nature, this place is perfect as it is situated in Val Federia in one of the hiking track that all people looks for.

the flexibility that they offered as remember they are Baita not a hotel. It was expected from us that they don't provide so much flexibility but still would be nice to improve on that one. If you are in Livigno for shopping, I don't suggest this place as it is far from the Center and you cannot hold your luggages and car there while you go for shopping.

comfy, good value for money, unreachable with private car after snow, breakfast isn't heterogeneous

Great value for money

Located outside of Livingo, in nature reserve, after snowy days, unless you have 4x4 jeep you had to go by foot 500m into the hill to reach the guest-house. No eggs and vegetables in breakfast.

Posizione fantastica. Direttamente sul percorso che porta nella Val Federia di Livigno, dove aveva appena nevicato e ci sono diverse passeggiate da poter fare. Noi avevamo prenotato una camera da cinque, in realtà sono due camere una da tre e una matrimoniale sullo stesso piano con bagno. Baita molto carina.

Alla colazione avrei inserito più prodotti tipici della zona. Erano presenti salumi e formaggi ma nessuna torta o succhi di frutta freschi.

Weekend a Livigno

Posizione , pulizia,silenzio . Il silenzio rotto solo dal rumore del ruscello e qualche campanaccio . In una zona isolata ma a 5 minuti dal centro di Livigno Ottima la colazione .

Abbiamo dormito al piano mansarda dove ci sono due camere con un bagno condiviso e questo lo sapevamo , ma proprio perché c’è il bagno condiviso metterei nelle camere uno specchio per truccarsi , asciugare i capelli e nel mo caso mettere le lenti a contatto così da occupare il bagno solo per doccia etc.

Bajkowa chatka w przepięknym rezerwacie – prosta, ale z wyjątkowym klimatem i widokami

Pobyt w Livigno był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Chatka położona jest w przepięknej lokalizacji, otoczona naturą i ciszą, co tworzy niesamowity klimat i pozwala w pełni odpocząć. Sam domek wygląda jak z bajki – uroczy, klimatyczny i idealny dla osób szukających autentycznego górskiego doświadczenia.

Nie można mówić o prawdziwych minusach, bo dokładnie wiedzieliśmy, czego się spodziewać po takim miejscu – wnętrze nie jest urządzone luksusowo, ale ma swój niepowtarzalny urok. Jedynym ograniczeniem jest brak możliwości korzystania z kuchni, choć w tej lokalizacji to w pełni zrozumiałe. Całość zrobiła na nas ogromne wrażenie i z pewnością będziemy wspominać ten pobyt z sentymentem.

Bellissima baita nel verde

Bellissima baita che affaccia sulla val Faderia, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Camera spaziosa e pulita, oltre che silenziosa. Buona la proposta della colazione, che varia dal dolce al salato. Vicino alla baita è presente un buonissimo ristorante, raggiungibile a piedi.

La baita è immersa nella natura, si può godere il relax lontano dalla confusione della città. Allo stesso tempo è molto vicino a Livigno centro raggiungibile in 5 minuti di macchina. Cinzia è stata top, disponibile, gentile e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Torneremo sicuramente.
