The staff are excellent . Alex on reception is extremely helpful . It's a place for weary travellers/headbanging clubbers or people just passing through Reading, but not really honeymooners. The rooms I have seen have baths which my girlfriend liked.....
Bar/restaurant on ground floor is really nice .

Excellent attentive staff always super helpful. Suite room was comfortable
Breakfast was not the best I’m afraid. I’d have not taken the breakfast option. Their Continental was very limited and very dry mini croissants would rather have had some fruit of some sort. Had to ask for water but in fairness the staff brought us a couple bottles which was nice.
