Will definitely do again, very central…a good base for travelling around the area.

Near railway station and shops, quiet at night, staff lovely, bed clean and very comfy. TV remote didn’t work, but was replaced quickly.

Cups not cleaned every day, and sludge developed on inside of cups when holding tea/coffee. Yuk!

The staff was friendly Good location for Reading Railway Station. within 3 minutes walk. as well for restaurants & shops Breakfast was good lots opions for their have dietary requrirements like, vegetarians I sew non meat sausages, anyone is lactose intlolerance they proved Soya milk & Almond milk.

The only thing I don’t like about it the Housekeeping Staff, it’s very annoying, they have a two lift but one out of service and they are accupated that lift so we are was waiting for 20-25 minutes🙄

The location was exactly what I was looking for and the rooms were cleaned daily unless instructed otherwise. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The shower and toilet were a bit basic but at least there was always hot water

DISGUSTING VILE MONEY GRABBING

I didn't like anything I'm very disappointed in the place I have stayed before and it was nice and decent quality but it was is false advertising. I am a frequent hotel visitor it was couple of days before Christmas I am so glad i didn't actually pay for longer.

The curtains were filthy the heating didn't work and I complained twice, no where does it say to use the TV with WiFi U needed a smartphone, not everyone everywhere has a smartphone and that's not how smart TVs work, the staff see me regularly coming down to smoke my vape ok, but for some reason even they still tried accusing me of smoking in the room listen I see the type of guest the hotel had blaitent not law abiding citizens so why do I keep being made to feel like I'm not good enough for anyone or anywhere there's a naked woman on the wall.

the staff were so friendly and helpful and they put us in a room in a quiet area. 1 of the receptionists helped fix my friends glasses for her which we were so grateful for! The room was clean, quiet and warm. The location is perfect for shopping and going out in the evening. We even received discount for local parking for the weekend!

the door to the bathroom wouldn't close without a lot of force which wasn't an issue for my friend and I but we told the staff when leaving as the door needed to be realigned on it's hinges.

Hugely grateful we could get such a good room under the circumstances.

booking and check in fast and efficient -- we had to abandon a return train journey due to flooding further down the line, so booked and arrived in less than 10mins. (It's 3 mins from station.) Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Noisy area on a Friday night (we wanted window open). And very loud guests returning to their in small hours. Nothing to do with the hotel.

Great location if you need a night close to the Reading central train station and Heathrow AirLink coach. Staff are helpful and the room was adequate for the night - it's a basic place, but good value.

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to the station. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and there were lots of choices to eat.

I book the hotel room to try to get some rest and no noise and Marta asked me if I have a preference for the room and I was very happy because I needed a quite room . She very kind choose a quite lovely room . After I had a problem with the TV and Marta once again very smile and helpful came to see the problem and she changed my to another room. So I was very happy with the way I was received and welcomed.

TV sometimes dont work , the window had 3 finger printes on the window was not cleaned. But the rest was everything good.
