the personnel was very reactive and helpfull. The night manager help me sort out an issue with the door of my room. and the break fast was good.
when I arrived the door to my room would not open. I had to do 3 retrun trop from the reception to the door and in the end was relocated for 1 night(out of 2) in the hotel next door. It was a bit exhausting all these back and forth.
The bath room had a weird vibe.
