Claire is a wonderful host. The house, room and bathroom were very clean.
My daughter and friend who stayed at the property during the Reading Festival felt safe and it was an easy trip to town Center and then walk to the Festival.

A last minute booking due to my partner relocating to Reading and accommodation not ready.
Easy to book i called up to discuss his check in time and was told he could check in anytime and sent us the relevant codes.
We wanted to rebook for the next 2 nights but unfortunately there was no availabilty but he wanted to return.
Good value for money ,clean and good location.
He realised after checkout he had left an item behind and was told it was safe and he coukd collect when passing.
Thankyou you made a stressful few days better.
