Friendly, helpful staff, nice and clean, good location.

Some redecoration needed.

The staff were very helpful with the access codes for the rooms and main door. The room was basic but was ideal for a 1 night stop. Only snag was noise from the pub next door but that was maybe worse than normal as apparently a FIFA peace prize cup or something on at the moment. There's some marks here and there, like on the shower tray, but the room was clean and had a telly, kettle, tea/coffee, fold-up chair, maybe not where to take the wife for an anniversary but absolutely fine for those of us that just need the basics, would use it again.

Just some noise from the pub but again, bag-of-air-kicked-around-by-22-men festival was on.

Excellent check in process. Really lovely owner. Room small but cosy.

The cold tap didn't work and I couldn't find a TV remote. Could do with a bedside lamp.

The location was perfect.

There was no person to speak to face to face. It appeared run down and poorly signed outside. The television was no good. I called the mobile number on my e-mail and told the person (no name) and he said he would ask someone and call me back. He never did, even after I left him a voicemail.
