Lovely staff, fantastic room, excellent breakfast
Couldn’t leave the car there after checkout, but was directed to another carpark where I could with no issue

room was big & Comfortable, location was excellent walking distance from almost everywhere in Reading town centre, added bonus was pool sauna & steam room.
breakfast hit n miss
1st morning bacon was hard and fried eggs covered in oil. no coffee machines working, albeit staff made a very nice coffee when we asked.
2nd morning, bacon slightly better albeit very salty.

It’s very convenient for the train station. We love the pool and the rooms, whilst dated, are very comfortable.
The staff are always great. Lama needs a special mention. Breakfast this morning was crazy but he was exceptional as was his team. Well done.
It was super busy and not enough staff on duty. Shame no food was available for such a busy weekend.
The rooms were so so hot. The cooling system is so dated and ours didn’t work. The staff were great and sorted us a fan which helped.
