Below expectation for a four star hotel
It was an easy enough walk to the main stretch of cafes and shops in Bayeux . Decent breakfast . Staff were very nice and helpful
Struggle to understand why it has four stars. Our room was nice enough but not especially cosy. The bathroom smelt and the shower curtain is very dated .

Was fine but I wouldn't book again
The old quaint feeling of the hotel
The bathrooms are much smaller than we're used to in the USA--hard to find shelf room for our toiletries--there just didn't seem to be enough room to store all of our luggage items

Staf and location and very pleasant accommodation…great stay
The outdoor pool and hot tub/ jacuzzi provided a relaxing rest day. The jets mended my turned ankle! The staff on reception were amazingly helpful and patient at all times especially in reorganising our transport when a strike stopped all trains and buses. Breakfast was lovely. A very large ,excellent market with variety of stalls was at one end of our road, also a bus stop , and the town was at the other end. Extremely convenient. Everything in walking distance.

Convenient, central location in Bayeux, short walk to great restaurants and shopping. 5-10 mins from train station. Very nice room and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast option a good one.
