The staff and the cleanliness are both stellar. The staff at this hotel were the friendliest and most accommodating! The rooms are tiny, but the other positives made up for it.

The room was smallish, but perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.

Everything was spot on and the private parking really handy.

A perfect stop over

This is a fairly inexpensive small hotel well placed in the center of Mulhouse within walking distance of 2 excellent restaurants. The hotel is fairly basic and the rooms very small so one would not want to spend too much time there. However, they provide excellent secure on site parking, the rooms and hotel are spotlessly clean, there’s plenty of hot water,the staff helpful and exceedingly friendly and the breakfast adequate to start the day. It’s perfect for a stop over.

Stéphanie was so friendly and welcoming. Located walking distance from a selection of restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well decorated. Same goes for the bathroom.

Great location, welcoming and friendly staff, very useful car park at rear of hotel (paid). Beds were large and comfortable, well appointed rooms, with some "classic" facilities!

The accommodation was great, the staff were very kind and always there for anything you need. The rooms and the rest of the space were clean and our towels were changed every day. Good location close to the train station and city center. Would stay here again.

Enjoyable visit.

The lady on reception was very friendly, helpful & suggested restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We were only there for 1 night and the location was great, as was being able to use the hotel secure parking. There was a generous breakfast buffet. If we go to Mulhouse again we would certainly stay there.

Nice hotel

Nice, clean hotel, near city centre. Small room, but functional. Very friendly and helpful lady in reception.

In my opinion motorcycle parking fee was expensive. I would have assumed that motorcycle parking would have been free (as it often is) or at least cheaper than car parking, now it was the same price.
