An enjoyable stop in Mulhouse- I will use it again.

The staff were exceptionally helpful as I was late for a conference and they took my luggae so I could jump back into the taxi. All the staff in each shift were engaging. The location is near the centre and 1 stop from the station so I found a restaurant easily enough on the night time. The breakfast was good and I saw a few people working on their laptops in the coffee area.

Recently renovated. Amazing value for money.

Really good value for money. It’s not a five-star for sure, but really good value for money. Hotel has been recently renovated in 2022. Everything clean. Staff is super nice and helpful. Honestly you really get what you paid for. Highly recommend.

Disappointing.

The breakfast was adequate.

The hotel was not up to the standard we expected of a Best Western property. The staff were pleasant, the room was clean and the beds comfortable, but the hotel was generally rather dreary and could do with upgrading.

Perfect small room to stay a night when transitioning during travels.

For a one-night stay while in transition this is a fine place. The rooms are very small with very limited options to sit down or work, but quite functional. The bathroom was very nice.

My room, 406, faced the main room, and I could hear music, shouting, honking noises, and starting at around 5am the light rail drove by ever 15 minutes. There was also a water dripping noise coming from the bathroom or hallway.

The hotel does not meet my expectations for Best Western. The only good thing is that it is close to the square and the staff is friendly.

The room was not particularly clean, it smelled of dampness and mold on the 3rd floor. The windows don't open because they hit the cornice. The bathroom is small, the floors and walls are old. They have tried to renovate an old building. Definitely not worth the price for the quality...

Very poor

They assigned me a very small room, accessed from the staircase. It was not the ones I selected at the booking.com web site. This room is even not listed there. I also have to add that booking should have an option to cancel the booking if you are there and the room is not what you expected. The current policy is not fair at all: you pay and you have to stay.

Fine for an overnight stay but too cramped for any longer.

Excellent central location and convenient secure car park (essential as on-street parking is virtually impossible). Friendly polite staff. Good coffee-maker provided in the room.

The 'superior queen room' was only just big enough for two people to move around the bed.

It was all fine. Just a little issue at the breakfast. At some point no breads were there. Will be nice if that can be taken care of. Otherwise everything was good.

Hotel lovely, however stay ruined by one clueless staff member.

The actual hotel was fine, the room, the hotel all fine.

I booked the room because it advertised parking as I needed somewhere to keep my car overnight during my stay... I arrive at the hotel and told i need to pre-book as the car park is now full... not ideal and wasn't aware of that. The lady on reception says that I can leave my car outside in the street parking bays, no problem, as the charge is from 9am to 7pm - so as long as I had moved it by 9am there would be no charge, which was fine as I planned to check out at 8.30am. I checked out at 8.30am to find my car had gone, it had been towed away... the (different) member of staff on the front desk that morning informed me that I cannot park there, completely different information I had the night before from the previous member of staff! In short, my entire day I had planned in the area was ruined, I missed my appointments I had in town that day, it cost me almost 300EURO in release fee and taxis to get my car back, all based on false information provided by the front desk of the hotel. Make sure your staff are aware of the local area and give correct information, absolutely ruined my trip!

Friendly staff and very welcoming! My room has always been ready regardless of the time I have arrived, generally early afternoon. Rooms are spotless, beds are very comfortable, breakfast is good.

Won't stay again in a Best Western, feel we should have a refund of the room rate.

Not much, Ibis much better and room about the same size.

Bathroom smelt of chimney smoke, floor dirty. No liquid soap in shower dispenser. Also booked because had A/C but it did not work and blew stale smelly air in the room all night so had to open window so therefore noisy. Told at reception the next morning that the A/C was not on because it had not been cleaned. Also no alcohol bar.

Weight difference

We arrived early and the reception was sat playing on her phone they were clearly no one else around but she wouldn't let us book in she begrudgingly gave us the code to the car park.we had booked free parking which is advertised where available. The car park was completely empty but she charged us 10euro also why I was to know is how she can tell the weight of a dog because and dog under the weight of 10kg can stay for free but over is 12euro so again we paid so what was supposed to be a cheap option for us to travel back to uk turnout we could have booked somewhere a lot nicer.
