The location and the breakfast
I regularly come back to this hotel as I love the quirky feel of the decoration. However, I was very disappointed this time as the carpet was badly stained and the walls in serious need of being repainted. It was certainly not up to the standard of a 3 star hotel.

The interior design was the cherry on top of the cake! A little chilly in February, but the receptionist gave us an extra heater which made the room to hot, but ok 😂. It is right in the city center behind the cathedral, close to everything. The breakfast was diverse and good quality.
It was marked on booking that it has a minibar, which was not present in the room. The receptionist helped us keep our food in their fridge.

Pretty spacious and well located.
Worn corridors and lifts.
We had a leakage in one of the rooms when water started dropping from ceiling because of rain outside - it made a noise and sleeping disturb. Staff was informed at check-out but nothing like breakfast discount or something similar was proposed to compensate inconvenience.
